Ethan Adkins is a Cleveland, North Carolina native who began his metal fabrication and welding work during his time in the West Rowan FFA Chapter. While enrolled at West Rowan High School, Ethan found his niche in the shop designing metal work and using his welding and fabrication skills to bring them to life. While in high school, he enrolled at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College where he obtained a degree in Metal Welding and Fabrication. After working solely in the industry for a few years for others as well as starting RDF Industries, he had the opportunity to return to Rowan-Cabarrus Community College as an instructor. Ethan now solely runs and operates RDF Industries and strives every day to serve the community that helped him learn, grow, and succeed.
